“I drove by last year while headed to another motel that I had made the wrong selection - the Brittany looked clean and well maintained and the lot was full. I stayed there this year and it met my expectations. It was very clean, well maintained, nicely appointed and an excellent value. The other guests (the lot was full again) were courteous. The only issue I had was with the check in instructions. IMHO there were too many too early on and they were too long. And when check in finally came,...

“There is no staff at the facility but someone is available by text The common areas were great. I can see how this would be a good communal area to meet others in the busy months or go with a big group of friends. I loved the work from home room. The outdoor areas were really nice too. Unfortunately the entry keypad into my room was very finicky. It would take me multiple tries each time entering my room to hit the numbers just right. My toilet seat in the bathroom was also completely broken...

“Baseboard heater clicking on and off kept from sleeping. This was in the second room- the first one was under other guests where we could hear them normal voice and their footsteps. The location to the lift is great but the sound insulation is terrible. ”
