We had an amazing trip! Ben’s place is stunning and our second time staying at one of his homes! Ben was an amazing host and so helpful! He immediately showed up to help when we had a question about the pizza oven. Ben gave great local recommendations and he helped us set up a fishing trip. He recommend our FAVORITE restaurant Coco Maya! There are stairs to the navigate which were fine with our two older grandmothers. We will be staying with Ben again!

The home and setting was beautiful. Be sure to rent a jeep or small suv in tortola - the roads are steep!

Lovely Home and Generous Host

We spent 5 days at this property after spending a week on a catamaran going from island to island in the BVI. It was a perfect end to our trip. The host was wonderfully kind and generous. They helped us arrange fresh lobster delivery and were great ambassadors of the BVI. I could not recommend them more highly!

Helpful hosts, amazing location, beautiful house

Ben and Jess could not have been more accommodating and welcoming to their house. It is beautifully laid out and perfect for a large family or group of friends. 4 of the large bedrooms are en-suite with amazing views over the sea. The decks (there are two - upper and ground floor) and pool area are stunning and perfect for entertaining. We had a drinks party and a dinner for 20. We’ll be back for sure.

Amazing views

Thank you for a beautiful 2 weeks at your home. Ben was very helpful with everything leading up to our stay and even brought us pizza’s when we arrived late. We absolutely needed a car, we rented a boat for our stay and needed it to get to and from Nanny Cay. Ben was also very helpful giving us information on restaurants and where to buy our groceries. We took advantage of ordering our groceries to be delivered the day we started our stay. We will definitely miss this place!!

Gorgeous home right next to one of the best beaches on the island

Stayed with our family and kids at the house for one week. Kids, teens and 4 year old loved it. The pool was incredible and the beach right down the road from the house was one of our favorite beaches. We visited the beach multiple times and never saw another person there. Clear water, white sand, gentle waves and gorgeous views. My kids said it was too amazing to be real. Definitely rent a car with 4 wheel drive, as hills can be steep. Easy grocery delivery and Ben had great suggestions for things to do in town. Highly recommend for a family vacation. Thanks!

Beautiful Views!!!

We had a group of 9, we enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 2 weeks. Beautiful views . Open area in living room /kitchen to outside pool. Bedrooms have A/C. Lots of sitting areas outside and upstairs with nice grill bar area. Kitchen was well stocked . Make sure you rent a four wheel drive vehicle and go to a grocery store before you drive up to house. Very curvy roads and steep. We went to visit several island by ferry and visited beaches in Tortolla . Would love to return again in future. Views are gorgeous.

Exceeded expectations

We had a wonderful time at House of Rogues, a beautiful airy villa with magnificent views of the ocean, and an infinity pool looking out on the ocean. The home is beautifully furnished with beautiful tilework and wood floors.The house had excellent appliances, a large grill and pizza oven and abundant dishes and cutlery. Ben greeted us personally and was incredibly responsive and accommodating.Seeing that our rental car was inadequate, he contacted our rental company to retrieve it and reached out to a local agency who supplied a replacement within hours.

Exceptional villa with stunning views

My group of 9 recently stayed at this villa and had a fantastic time. The place is even BETTER than the pictures - they really can't do justice to just how amazing a location and home this is. The house is on a cliff side, with rolling waves and ocean below. An open view from the living room with giant doors opens up on the infinity pool where you can take all this in. Plenty of areas to gather and sit, with an elevated outdoor patio with even better views and outdoor kitchen on the west side of the house. The beach is a short 5-10 min walk away. 5 bedrooms, with air conditioning, lots of space and great beds. The house itself is decorated nicely, with top notch appliances. We had an amazing trip, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Fabulous

10 family members from teens to grandparents spent a week at the House of Rogues. The house is even better than the pictures if that is possible. The only negative for some people is an abundance of stairs. The pool is great. We used the kitchen extensively. All bedrooms were well air-conditioned. Our host could not have been more accommodating. The caretaker was around everyday and brought us extra water bottles, watered the landscaping, kept the pool clean, and generally took care of us. The local beach down the hill is beautiful. We had the fridge stocked before arrival and that was handy. Rent a car, you'll be glad you did. Thanks for the memories!

SIMPLY SPECTACULAR

Everything about the property, the service, the communication, the villa, the views, the attention to detail, was PERFECTION!! The pictures on the website are great, but they do not do it justice. The views and the vibe are hard to describe with words. The place is heaven!! There were 6 of us, Mom, Dad, 2 adult kids and their significant others and we all felt the same, just a phenomenal experience. The villa exceeded our expectations, every bedroom had a balcony and an ocean view, as well as an air conditioner. The kitchen was fully equipped, we ate "in" a lot just because it was so hard to leave. The linens, towels, etc., where all super nice. Ben (owner) and his son Zebedee were super responsive. They helped with the transfers, rental car, chef, online groceries, etc. We also spent many days at the beach next to the villa (walking distance) & we had the entire beach to ourselves, it was amazing. We have stayed at other villas on Tortola and there is no way you can beat this place..........it's AMAZING!!

Living large in Rogues Bay

The house is stunning. You can tell how intentional the owners were in building not only the home but the grounds itself. Take time and walk around the courtyard and you will see the variety of tropical flora that surround you. Inside is a menagerie of antiques that add so much character to the home. The patio, infinity pool and lounge area which transitions into the living room oozes relaxation. Watching the sailboats float by across the sea from any of these areas, including the upstairs open air dining area and any balcony from any of the bedrooms calls you to the water. Rogues Bay beach is visible from the home and a short but steep walk away. This home is separated from the hustle of Road Town but it gives the vacationer an opportunity to experience a different part of the island. Ben and his son Zeb are readily available to answer questions. All of their recommendations from a car rental service to catamaran charter and scuba service were A plus. We hope to rent this home again. Tortola is a lovely island and there is so much to do. This Rogues Bay home managed by Ben is a great home base.

Paradise at Rogues Point

This trip was incredible; we've vacationed at beaches all over the world and Rogues Bay is the most beautiful beach we've ever visited. Moreover, Ben is a very hands' on, but non-intrusive short term rental host. I own a number of STRs and was put to shame by his kindness; he even ended up inviting us to a local show and buying our drinks! The house is one of a kind...the views are better than any five star resort. The infinity pool is gorgeous. We found the locals to also be friendly and hospitable. I'm a big surfer and the other surfers (all of whom know and love Ben) were thoughtful and kind; and the waves were as good as Central America and uncrowded. Definitely make a trip to the Baths at Virgin Gorda. We almost didn't do it; they're absolutely wonderful. And eat at Indigo Cafe. It was our favorite meal. And bring your snorkel gear to Cane Garden Bay. I've snorkeled a lot and that place made me feel like I was narrating a Green Planet documentary. Bring plenty of bug spray and sun screen; consider renting a car; the roads can be scary, but I drove everyday the three weeks we were there and was fine. All in all, my family of six highly recommends the place!

Even more magical that the pictures.

Walking down the stairs after the sun set with lights illuminating the property was magical. The house is a bit difficult to find and Ben the property owner came up and guided our taxi driver to the house. The house is well appointed with everything you need to cook and serve including a full stock of spices. We had amazing family meals cooking the the kitchen. The house is filled with such eclectic art, it feels like a loved home not just a rental. The rooms are large and spaced out. Everyone felt like they had enough space to relax. We couldn’t get enough of the view. There is the most beautiful secluded beach a half mile away. The walk down and up is a bit steep but we’ll worth the workout. There is a adorable cat that has adopted the house we called Squeaks. We miss her already. Ben was very responsive with all our questions.

Beautiful place, amazing hospitality

The House of Rogues is an amazingly beautiful place in a stunning location. The outdoor area in particular is huge and lovely, with views for miles and a great pool. It's located on a cliff in a quiet and lush part of Tortola, yet is only 10 minutes to Road Town -- for groceries, restaurants, shopping, etc. A short walk down the hill from the house is a deserted beach that my family described as the most beautiful beach in BVI, hands-down (and this after 10 days of sailing from beach to beach throughout the islands). Ben, the house's owner, was incredibly nice and accommodating. He arranged rental cars for us, gave us advice on places to go, came over immediately (from his house next door) whenever we needed anything, and generally made us feel welcome and well looked after. It was a fantastic week.

Quarantine days for BVI

Our group of 8 (4 couples) was traveling to BVI for a Catamaran trip. We had to quarantine for 4 days before we could freely move about the islands. This place was the most awesome place to stay! A view to die for. Great pool.. Good a/c. Was able to spread out and have the most relaxing time. Gr8 start to our vacation. Highly recommend this place.
