Charmiga Cape Home med Waterviews of Great Bay!

  • Detta varma och inbjudande familje cape hem ligger på en blindgate, ett hus över från Great Bay. Följ genom vår bakgård och du hittar buktstranden som är idealisk för små barn. Ta med egen båt, eller använd våra kajaker, den privata båtrampen ligger precis intill. Vårt grannskap är lugnt och lugnt, men det är minuter till shoppinggata, mashpee commons, restauranger, etc. Närmaste havet stränder är Bristol & Menahaunt och bara en snabb 10 minuters bilresa till populära gamla Silver. Detta välskötta 3 bed / 2 badrum hem (med sluten utomhusdusch) är extremt ren och bekväm, med alla bekvämligheter och mer. Det finns ett stort däck för grillning och underhållning och bakgården är rymlig för barnen att springa runt eller campa ut. Det finns också en ping pong och air hockey bord i källaren för de regniga dagarna.


    Njut av Skönheten i Falmouth :: Falmouth erbjuder miles av spektakulär kustlinje med landskap som inte kan glömmas bort. Det har några av de vackraste stränderna och byarna i hela Cape Cod. Det är hemmet för Nobska Light House, ett av Amerikas mest historiska och vackra ljushus. Njut av en promenad eller cykeltur på Shining Sea Bike-vägen som är en asfalterad 4 mils väg som tar dig genom de naturliga skogarna, kärren och kusten. Det är den enda cykelvägen på Cape Cod som går längs kusten. Pittoreska vandringsleder och saltvatteninlopp är också en del av sminken i Falmouth. Se till att du fårnga några av de konst som utförts på Woods Hole Film Festival eller Falmouth Theatre Guild.

    Aktiviteter: Bara några steg bort till vackra Great Bay. Minuter till Menahaunt och Bristol Beach och bara en snabb 10 minuters bilresa till den vita mjuka sandade stranden i Old Silver. We had so much fun at this home. The backyard is huge and the deck and fire pit are wonderful. There is a small neighborhood beach that’s a 10 min walk, and we used the kayaks as well as the home is two down from the water access. Fernando stocked the house really well, we only needed our beach towels. He’s also very responsive and kind. We had gorgeous weather and the area beaches are great, restaurants and night life were fun as well for us and our 20 something’s kids. We can’t wait to go back!

Great stay!

We had a great week staying with our family and took full advantage of things like the fire pit, grilling, the outdoor shower and the expansive deck. Location is close to golf, shopping, the heights and downtown. AC was greatly appreciated. Nice quiet spot to relax with a view of the water.

Vacation in Falmouth

Words can not express the wonderful time at the Cape. Your lovely cottage was as charming as the pictures showed. My daughter-inlaw fell in love with it. The cottage was just what we all needed for a relaxing week. We went allover the cape and there were not to many places we didn't see. Also, thank you so very much for the wine. Your friend, Trudy

Description

Disappointing, major construction site next to property, approx 10 feet away. The construction was daily from 7 am to 4 pm. There was no privacy on the deck. Front door railing overgrown with bushes, safety concern, as we were elderly.

Perfect For An Active Group

I found a few things worth mentioning. We arrived after a long drive and of course, we all needed to use the restrooms. Sadly, no TP anywhere to be or paper towels to use. We used pocket -size tissue. In the bedroom with the double bed, there is no place to unpack. There is a lovely, but useless chest with every spot used by linens. At the bottom of this chest is a very small drawer - big enough for kids underwear. put one very small drawer to un-pack. Every shelf is full of linens. I would suggest a cabinet just for linens to free up space for clothes. Guests should be prepared to bring plenty of tall kitchen garbage bags. We used a paper bag for recyclables . We never figured out how to operate the kitchen fan and/or the dimmer switch, so we were left with an overhead light over the dining table to play board games. Light over the kitchen sink didn't work. There are two lamps in the LR - one is a floor lamp w/a 3-way bulb (only 2 ways were operable); the other was a charming table lamp next to the sofa - not working. We are all readers at night. There is a single large lamp in the master bedroom located on the table close to the bathroom as well as an overhead light. I would suggest another floor lamp closer to the bed. Washer/dryer was useful, The deck is wonderful. Bring wood for the outdoor fire pit. Thanks, Fernando

Great property--excellent location

Had a great stay! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and we enjoyed the many amenities of the property. The house was clean and comfortable and the deck and yard with fire pit were awesome! We especially appreciated the central AC and the use of the sheets and towels. Also got to use the kayaks provided to explore the pond just a few steps away. Although we are no strangers to the Cape and Islands, we'd never stayed in Falmouth before, and we were very impressed. The beaches were lovely, there was easy access to the islands, and there is a very nice bike path and a long Main Street with tons of shops and restaurants--all very close by. Perfect location for anything you want to do on the Cape.

Comfy and Cool

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property, it was a very hot week on the cape and the central AC was nice to return to after a day at the beach. A quiet spot with everything you need!

Great vacation home

This property came with everything needed for a perfect vacation. Walk to the waters edge, kayak and enjoyed camp fires every night. All activities were 7 minutes away, so great for our big family. Would return in a heartbeat!

Great experience, location and comfort

House and property are as described and pictures. Comfortable cape rental- a little beachy, not fancy, great deck with a table for 8plus and a big yard for kids to run around in. Wonderful outdoor shower. Beds were all comfortable. Owner was cordial, generous and responded promptly to a small maintenance issue. Only suggestions are a few more plates and place settings so we didn’t have to run the dishwasher all the time, and the gas grill is ready for replacing. All in all we had a great week in a solid, cozy house in a great location. Would happily rent this again.

We loved that it came with two kayaks. The house is very convenient to everything we wanted to do beaches, biking and restaurants. Our adult children were with us for the first weekend, we had a nice time around the firepit.

Peaceful paradise

We can’t begin to give this property a high enough rating. The location was perfect! Located on a dead end street, one house away from Great Bay, was a backyard oasis of tranquility. Seeing the sun peak out in the early morning, listening to the vast array of birds, feeling the cool sea breeze while sipping hot coffee on the deck was heaven on earth. The house is quaint and comfortable. We made good use of the kayaks Fernando provided and took advantage of the beauty of Great Bay. The house is close to town and the beaches and is also convenient to Woods Hole. We were lucky enough to stay for one month and when we left we felt like we were leaving home. We can’t wait to return again.

Nice little house by the water

Nice house located by the water in Falmouth, has all the basics that you’d need. Backyard is a plus given its size and fire pit.

Perfectly Located Traditional Cape House with Serene Backyard

We had a wonderful stay! The backyard is serene and so well appointed it’s exactly as described and shown on the listing. We loved relaxing on the hammock and roasting s’mores in the fire pit. Adorable finishing touches like the sea shell tic-tac-toe and solar powered porch lights added an extra welcoming element to an already very inviting home. We especially enjoyed kayaking, the very spacious outdoor shower and the stunning porch with peek-a boo water view!!!

2nd time here. Perfect for a summer get away. Neat and clean with a big backyard, fire pit and large deck for sunny breakfast and cool dinners. Kayaks and bikes included. Near the end of a dead end street in a quiet neighborhood

My family really enjoyed the property. So close to the water to kayak, fish, and enjoy. Loved the large deck and yard. The outdoor shower was fabulous. Beaches were so close. Well equipped!

Superb outdoor amenities in quiet neighborhood

Expansive well-maintained grass yard in rear with large deck area, fire pit, gas grill, table & chairs, and lots of room to relax. And a large outdoor shower that was popular with all! Easy access to nearby waterfront for kayaking: kayaks included!

39 Neves Way in Falmouth

What a great place and all as described. We had a wonderful relaxing time. The deck and backyard with fire pit and all the birds and rabbits was so nice. Short distance to shopping and restaurants plus Old Silver Beach was easy to reach. Thank you Fernando for sharing your house and making our stay so easy and enjoyable.
