Later the rep at the desk showed up and gave me my key card to the room. The room was smelling like cigarettes. I wouldn’t pick this hotel again.”

“My check in was fine we were met by an efficient, kind hostess. The issue was the shower and check out… after my husband showered the tub would not drain. My husband had to clear a disgusting clog of hair and grime.. we had no time to call or go to a new room as we were in fishkill to attend my sons graduation early am at Mt St Mary college. It was gross and time consuming but we took care of it. At check out the host was rude. I said matter of factly that I was not looking for a refund...

“Dirty, uncomfortable, and unprofessional stay from start to finish. I would never return to the Best Western Fishkill Inn & Suites and cannot recommend it to anyone. The common areas were visibly unsanitary, with stained carpets, overflowing trash, and surfaces that clearly had not been wiped down or disinfected on any kind of regular schedule. Despite Best Western’s advertised focus on cleanliness and enhanced “We Care Clean” protocols, there was no sign of routine cleaning in the lobby,...

“The title says it all. Decent, quite hotel with coffee shops (Starbucks, Panera) within 1 minute walking. If you need somewhere to sleep with clean sheets this is the place for you. Had refrigerator and stove as well. Very pleased considering the price”
