“What a great spot! We decided to stay an extra night. The view is AMAZING! The staff was warm, helpful & so happy. We are coming back. Did I mention the breakfast cafe? 10 stars all across!!”

“We loved our place at the Long Beach Suites! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we could possibly want including a washer and dryer. It is so close to the beach! We loved sitting in the balcony listening to the sound of the ocean. I didn’t realize I needed to checked messages through Expedia in order to check in. Once I figured that out, it was pretty easy. And the text messages were super helpful. Thanks for a great time. We hope to be back!”

“I was here for a total of one hour. This is not a hotel, it's a motel with a major highway right next to it. The room smelled bad, my TV didn't work, and the sheets didn't fit the bed. The bed was also really low to the ground as it consisted of a wood platform with one mattress on it. I was on the first floor and people above me were walking around so much and that's all I could hear. I will never stay here. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!”

“This is truly a very lovely and special inn. Everything was clean and well kept, lawn and lawn games looked inviting, the shared reading spaces were peaceful. We just should’ve done our research beforehand, because we didn’t realize the restaurant was closed two of the three nights we were there. But we’re so happy we discovered this wonderful place!”

“It’s a nice hotel, stayed here to get off the highway for the night. I find there to be to many rules and extra fees for things here though. The pool says it’s supposed to be just for hotel guests but they actually allow people from the gym to use it as well. Also you can not have any pool toys in the pool at all floaties, noodles, sinkers tubes nothing. You have to pay extra for everything there’s no breakfast no coffee out in the lobby no water. There is an ice machine so that’s one good thing...

“The room was clean, but small. The shower was super tiny, but I knew this was an old building, so I didn't expect huge open spaces. The decor was cute, and the breakfast options were good. There was an issue with the electricity in my room the first night. Only 2 outlets worked, the one in the bathroom, and the one that the air conditioner was plugged into. It wasn't a huge deal. I was able to get an extension cord so I could plug in my electronics. I checked in later, so I did bring it up with...

“Rooms were clean. Only one elevator working for the three days we were there. This hotel is the”go to” for large groups. There were at least two different groups of teens there at the same time as us. May want to book somewhere else if you are looking for quiet.”

“The room itself was clean, however the garbage was overflowing in lobby, silverware was not filled even after I asked front desk for a fork. There was coffee and food stains not cleaned up by the coffee area. Our bathroom sink had very low water pressure. Maintenance was supposed to come back as someone was in shower. No one came back. The pool was out of order and when it was supposedly fixed it was cold and the website says that they have a heated pool. I looked around for ice machine pn...

“Lovely room in a historic house downtown Rockport. Close to the headlands, shops, restaurants, beaches, and theater. Friendly professional staff, clean rooms beautifully decorated, quiet & relaxing. On site parking made the visit completely stress free. Will be back soon !”
