“First time I've ever booked through VRBO (or any other online system) and I was a little nervous about the whole thing but ....The place was a perfect stay for myself and two 14 year olds .... the clean pond was perfect for the teens who took advantage of it a few times; if we had more time they would have been in it more. Being able to use the grill a few times was great Location was perfect to the beach and quick drives Orleans for paddlebpoarding and Yarmouth for mini golf. My daughter said...

“Some 23 of us, arriving at staggered times, had a wonderful experience. We visited places all over the Cape, sat and played on our private beach, and thoroughly enjoyed the variety of water craft. There was truly something for everyone. There were two cousins, ages 8 mo and 5 mo that entertained us as well as two cousin dogs who romped and played endlessly. It was FABULOUS!”

“Allyson's was very communicative and helpful and the property was in a great centralized location with easy access to the bay and the sound sides of the cape. We were focused on spending time in Chatham and Harwichport and both were short and easy drives. The house had plenty of room for our needs, was clean with comfortable beds. “Well-maintained family home tucked away in an idyllic Harwich nook. Lots of room to spread out, and perfect for littles. Had everything we needed for our week on the Cape. Low profile service yet there if we needed. Del Mar is doing great work on the Cape. We've been seasonal guests for 40 years and I'm so glad to see this company stewarding great properties as of the last ten years. My extended family has a legacy home under repair and this was a great home away from home while we couldn't stay...
