“Location is convenient across the street from the Shoreline Diner. Close by to Jacob's Beach, a smaller family-oriented spot. Continental breakfast suffices to get the day started with coffee available 24/7. Bathroom was spotless and room for three adults was spacious and well maintained. Highly recommended.”

“The property management team that manage this room were very responsive and attentive. The room was very clean, accommodating, renovated and thoughtful. Comfortable bed and liked having control of A/C or Heat and an extra space heater. Having an updated bathroom and full kitchen was great. The only complaint that I had, that wouldn’t give my stay 5 stars, is the television was not working/connecting to the WiFi to stream any channels. WiFi was spotty for one day as well. “Apartment is nice and clean. Has everything you need as advertised. Good communication. Snacks are a nice touch. FYI- the bed is a box spring and a matress on the floor. The neighborhood is completely unsafe. Very dangerous. This is not for a family, kids or otherwise. Drunk and drugged people hang in area. Throwing bottles at signs. You cannot walk around area. Parking very unsafe. Rent with caution. ”
