“Our room had a sticky film over the entire floor. Tile, carpet, it all felt sticky. The room also had a pine-sol masking wet dog smell that was hard to get used to. It was strong. The lights outside all around the property were so bright it felt like it was daylight at 10pm. I'm sure it's for security purposes but man, it was blindingly bright. Felt like overkill. “Hotel website stated they had a breakfast buffet but it was not available. They were short staffed and it took forever to receive utensils, a menu, and never had Hot coffee. The staff made it known to everyone that they only had one cook and it would be over 45 minutes before you would receive your food. Management needs to do a better job at managing staffing needs when you are running a large hotel.”

“The most enjoyable encounter during this stay was our interaction with Michelle, manager of the breakfast cafe. Her service was excellent, and she was pleasant and attentive to our every need. The breakfast was delicious, the area was inviting. We greatly appreciated her service. Check in was good, as well, and check out also.
