“The location is a perfect ten, but the staff was far from good. First of all, it took us 1.5 hours to check in, and we didn’t sense any effort to speed up the process. There was a complete lack of willingness from the staff to make our experience enjoyable. Our room was also dirty, which unfortunately aligned with the poor check-in experience. The Tan Hill has the potential to be amazing. It has everything going for it—except the staff, who failed to make our stay pleasant.”

“Clean room , professional dedicated staff who are hard working and impressively they've not taken up any small offers I've made that would have meant they would have had less work to do. I stopped suggesting things in the end because not one of them were interested and it dawned on me that that's why the property is so well managed and standards high . My offers made sense to me but to them it didn't and thats why it's a great success”

“Great last minute night away with kids. Lovely hotel, friendly staff and brilliant leisure facilities! Mark couldn't be more helpful! If there was one down side, the restaurant menu could do with a revisit (very limited) and the beautifully cooked steak and fresh fish were very much let down by the frozen chips!
