“Väldigt dålig service. Skulle använda deras vending machine så fick jag ingen växel, frågade receptionen så sa de att de kan inget göra inte deras tjänst och vad mig ringa, men om jag hade ringt så hade min telefon kostnad blivit dyrare. Sen tvätt maskinenerna sönder och jag hade betalt de utan att deras funktion fungera. Bedrövligt, alltid litat på best western som en safe kedja att bo på men vad fel jag hade.”

“The pull out mattress was disgusting. We found leftover food from previous guests still in the room. We also found ants in the room. A few of the staff also begrudgingly helped us whenever we asked for something and the breakfast was subpar as well as the pool which was not clean. Save your money and go somewhere else or keep driving until you can make it to a Drury Inn.”

“Overall a decent inexpensive overnight stay. Breakfast was limited but sufficient. No frills but no complaints for a brief overnight stay. Staff was friendly. Again. No complaints for the price.”

“This was one of our better stays we had on our vacation. Next to highway(wasn't loud) and close to KSC, which we went too.”

“It was the last-minute decision to stay here as we were traveling to the beach and needed to spend the night somewhere. The lady that was at the check-in desk was extremely helpful when we got to our rooms after check-in. One of the rooms was not cleaned so I immediately went back downstairs and she was super helpful. Got us into a different room and for the rest of the night it was fine. Breakfast was good the next morning.”

“Weak floors, possibly water damage. Dirty room. There were roaches and flies in the room. Pulled the sheets back, they were dirty also the mattress topper has sooo many stains on them. I would not recommend this motel. Also un order to stay in a non smoking room you have to have s $40 cash deposit. That was not stated prior to me booking.”

“Breakfast was great. But 200$ / night just for a good breakfast was sad. Well,I guess the beds were comfortable and clean. The un carpeted area of the floor seemed greasy and was a fall hazard for my elderly parents. I paid for a suite but got a regular room because I booked through a “ 3rd party”. So no refund could be given since I booked through Expedia. That was the excuse for everything that went wrong with check in and check out. Also no towels available after 4 pm unless u used pool...

“Room was clean, we had an issue with the a/c making a loud buzzing sound and the front desk staff was super helpful and immediately moved us to a new room. The pool was closed, however it was not listed as an amenity when making the reservation so we hadn’t expected it anyway but my kids were super disappointed after seeing it. Overall it was decent for the price. Clean rooms and complementary breakfast”
