“This place was awful. The front desk staff was nice but that was about it. The room was run down. The floor was wet/greasy which I thought was due to a product they'd used on it, but when we woke up in the morning, the floor was even more damp as were all of our items and clothes. The air system must be a problem leaving the whole room wet and dingy. The breakfast was awful, there was only a about 4 indoor tables for the entire hotel. My family tried to go outside to the tables out there to eat...

Being a university dorm room it becomes unavailable to rent from August to May as students occupy the premises. Easy walking distance to downtown Charlottetown so you don't need to drive and worry about parking. There's plenty of space in the parking lot opposite Glendenning Hall.”
