Getting Around:

Getting around East Sandwich is easy! While a car is recommended to explore Cape Cod at your leisure, you'll find convenient access to major transit hubs. For those arriving by air, Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is approximately a 1.5 to 2-hour drive. Alternatively, you can utilize rideshare services or taxis. Parking is free and readily available at the property. Public transportation options are limited in East Sandwich, but the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) offers bus services that connect to various towns and attractions. Consider using the CCRTA to explore neighboring areas without driving. For train travel, the nearest station is in Hyannis, about a 30-minute drive, providing access to the CapeFLYER seasonal passenger train. Enjoy your stay and explore the beautiful surroundings!



Other Things to Note:

Pool- Their is an automatic water-leveling device attached to the pool at all times which is run off the hose. This CAN'T be removed under any circumstances as it is in place to ensure the pool is not without the necessary water supply to maintain a safe operating level.



AC/Heat- This home offers central Air and Heat throughout the property. It is very crucial that the heat and ac CAN'T both be on at the same time. Although there are more than one zone utilizing both can seriously damage the system.



Hypoallergenic house, great environment for persons with seasonal allergies and asthma.

Air purifier on the first and second floors.



Please take note of the following details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at East Sandwich Coastal Retreat. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that you adhere to these times to allow our cleaning crew to prepare the home for the next guests. Free parking is available on the property. Please park in designated areas only. This property is smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted inside the house or on the premises. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and healthy environment for all guests. Pets are not allowed. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this time. • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (neighborhood policy).

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.

• Hot tub must be used responsibly — no glass near the tub.

• Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the bunk room and outdoors.

• Pets: (Communicate with the host if pets are allowed and will be adjusted).

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

• Please bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bin.

• Check-out is at 10 AM unless otherwise approved.
