“This visit was a little disappointing. There was no soap in the room and the bathtub appeared that it hadn't been cleaned. I was told to park in front of the of the assigned room, but when I arrived there at 7 o'clock there was no space there.”

“Perfekt för oss att övernatta en natt på. Finns pool men på skuggigt läge. Bra med tvättmaskiner. Nära, ca 3 minuter till Kirtland tempel. Pizzarior och McDonalds finns nära.”

“TV service or internet did not work. Complained, they put us in another room TV still didn’t work. Left and was told to call in the morning to speak with manager. She was rude and not helpful at all”

“A good place to stay when visiting Mentor. The room I stayed in was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and amenities like fridge and microwave were there for us. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful during check-in. There was complimentary continental breakfast included with the stay. ”

“We checked in at approximately 4 PM. We were assigned a room on the first floor. They don't have screens in their windows so there were flying insects in the room(the area has a bug called a Midge). There were a handful of them smashed on the counter of the bathroom and on the walls as the window was left open before we arrived. Also, the TV did not work at all except for the guide, but you could not change channels or adjust the volume. The sheets and pillow cases were stained. I do believe...

“booked a room with a jacuzzi. i was really looking forward to it but it was leaking when i tried to use it. I was asked to turn it off and maintenance would get to it the next day. maintenance never got to fixing it during my stay and I didnt get to use what i payed for”
