“The gentleman that checked us in was friendly. The room was a little dirty with stains on the ceiling and walls. The shower drain was clogged. The biggest issue was the visitors upstairs were extremely loud. I’m guessing this is a typical expectation from the hotel because they have you sign a waiver on the weekend saying you will be kicked out if you are too loud. ”

“Our first room smelled horrible. But when I went to the front seat she gave us an up graded room and it was much better. It’s ok for a night but more then that I would look for something a little better.”

“Battery in my room door needed replaced. Staff were pleasant and helpful. When I couldn't find anyone at front desk I quickly learned to look just outside for smokers. Heavy rains needed cleaned up in public areas. Routine maintenance must be overlooked. ”

“Very clean, fun decor, comfortable beds. Close to Beachland. Would return when next visiting Cleveland. ”

“Staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Bar/restaurant closes early, so we couldn’t utilize it. Pool/gym was also closed for renovations. Bathroom was clean but missing attention to detail and/or requiring maintenance. Faucet handles backwards, shower faucet needs replaced, grout needs work. ”

“I could gave it 1 star because I had to. This was the absolute worst place I've ever stayed at. Nothing in the room was cleaned. Toilet was a mess. The bathroom door frame was half broken. Durty walls. There were even receipts left in the drawers. We had to wipe it down with clorox wipes and it was disgusting. A room in that kind of condition had no business being rented out. Inexplicable conditions. Unacceptable. ”
