Spacious private house located in the prime location of East Stroudsburg PA. Close to beautiful hiking waterfall trails, skiing, snowboarding, and indoor waterparks such as Cammelback and Kalahari. The single level ranch style house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and accommodates up to 10 guests. We can accommodate up to 12 guests upon request. Private L-shaped pool, Jacuzzi and tennis court in the backyard.

Includes kitchen with island, formal dining room, spacious living room with leather couch and 75 inch smart TV. Large master bedroom with a king bed, TV, closet space, blackout curtains and a full bathroom with shower. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and full bed with a window overlooking the backyard. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed, blackout curtains and TV.

Stunning backyard with private L shaped pool (3 ft - 12 ft *no diving board), four Sunbrella loungers, pool-side table with umbrella and chairs, hot springs jacuzzi (Sep-May) relaxing swing, private tennis court, basketball hoop, fire pit, and playground with swings. Plenty of grass space to play soccer and volleyball. Patio with gazebo and lights. Outdoor dining table and chairs with bbq gas grill. Pool opens May or June and stays open until last weekend of September. Hot tub open from September-May.

Please note:
There is additional studio apartment attached to the side of the property. This is a monthly rental with no access to the patio, playground, pool, tennis court, jacuzzi. They would not have any interaction with guests staying in the house. The studio guests have a separate entrance and personal parking space on the side of the house.

We welcome all pets for an additional charge of $50 per night per pet fee. This covers your pets stay as a guest. Upon check in we will request a security deposit of $150 for each pet friendly reservation. We do not allow any pets on the furniture and on the beds due to damage and excessive shedding. If there is any excessive shedding on beds left upon check out, the security deposit will be forfeited. Please keep bedroom doors closed and bring crates or beds for larger shedding dogs. We also kindly ask for droppings to be picked up outside as well. Pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub at any time.

I will be available over the phone 24/7. Guests can call me at any time of the day or night if they have any questions. I also have a handyman who lives close by who will be available on call if needed. Please note one night stays are only available during the weekdays (Monday-Thursday). Weekends there is a two night booking requirement. Please inquire for more information!
