This three-level home has 5 bedrooms throughout. On the ground level, there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, while the other has two twins & one full bed, plus two designated workspaces. On the second level, there is one bedroom with a king bed, smart TV, & private ensuite bathroom. The third level has the two remaining bedrooms. One bedroom has a full size bed, while the other has one queen & one twin.

There are three full bathrooms in this home; one on each level. The ground level bathroom has one sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. The second level bathroom (private master ensuite) has two sinks, toilet, and shower/tub combo. The last bathroom on the third level has one sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
