☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
Five spacious bedrooms, you have your choice on each floor! On the bottom level, there is one bedroom equipped with two full beds and next-door access to a full bathroom. Up on the main level, there are two bedrooms, one king bed in each. One has a private ensuite bathroom, while the other has a hallway bathroom On the third floor, there are two more bedrooms, also with one king bed in each. The fourth and final bathroom is shared between these two rooms up on the top floor.

On every floor, you will always have direct access to a bathroom! On the bottom level, the bathroom has one walk-in shower. The ensuite bathroom on the main level has a walk-in shower as well, while the hallway bathroom on this level has a soaking tub only. The bathroom on the top level has a shower/tub combo.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
As you walk in through the front door, you will be amazed by the grand entrance of this home, which opens right up into the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen has everything you need for grand, home-cooked meals, including a coffee station (Keurig and coffee pods), and tons of bar seating (up to 6).

Right across from the kitchen is the dining area, surrounded by panoramic views of the Poconos woodlands and easy access to the back deck. This dining area is equipped with dining table which has seating up to 8, for a total of 14 accommodations in this kitchen/dining area.

WOW! This living room is one of the main attractions of this home. Beautiful, modern design with huge, lofty ceilings, walls of windows, and skylights. How could you ever want to leave? Included in this main living room is a wood-burning fireplace (wood not provided, but feel free to bring your own!) & a smart TV with lots of comfy seating surrounding it.

Downstairs on the lower level, you will have access to a second living room. This room also has a smart TV, as well as a pool table, wet bar, and lots of seating. Of course, there is also a wall of windows where you can sit back and enjoy the Poconos nature from the comfort inside the walls of this beautiful home!

What kind of trip to the Poconos would it be if you didn't have access to wonderful outdoor amenities! We provide them all! As you walk out onto the large back deck, you can cozy up on the couch next to the fire pit (propane), or cook up a nice family dinner at the grill.

Right below the deck is the private hot tub. What a perfect location! Set away from the rest of the home, you can sit back and relax with complete privacy and never-ending views of the Poconos forest. Evan at night, you can sit comfortably in the hot tub below the string lights. A truly remarkable vacation destination!

Pet Fee: $50 fee per pet, per night, maximum of 4 pets (vaccination records required).

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
