The Space:

Living Space: The heart of the home, the living area, invites relaxation with its comfortable sectional and plentiful seating. Cozy up by the indoor fireplace or enjoy the forest views through large sliding glass doors that open to the deck. For entertainment, the game room offers arcade games and foosball. Please note that the fireplace is currently inoperable. Repair times are longer than normal during this peak season.



Kitchen: The open-concept kitchen is designed for culinary adventures, featuring granite countertops, bar seating, and a large dining table. It's fully equipped with appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. Direct access to the deck from the kitchen makes outdoor dining a breeze.



Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features two double beds.

Bedroom 2: A cozy queen bed ensures a relaxing night's sleep.

Bedroom 3: Enjoy a spacious room with a king bed and a large TV.

Bedroom 4: Offers a comfortable king bed for a restful night.

Bedroom 5: The fifth bedroom also features a king bed and a large TV.



Outdoor Space: The expansive outdoor area is an oasis of relaxation, featuring a deck with comfortable seating, a grill for barbecues, a hot tub, and a fire pit with plenty of seating for evenings under the stars. Enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding woodland from your private outdoor haven.



Parking ; Please park in the driveway only!

You can fit up to 3 cars comfortably in the driveway.



Community: This home is located in Penn Estates, a lively gated lake community packed with fun — swim at the beaches and pools, hit the courts, or explore wooded trails. From biking and fishing to playground adventures and clubhouse hangouts, every day here feels like vacation! This home is located in an HOA community that prides itself on safety. As a result, there is a check-in gate for guests. On check-in day, please allow for extra time getting through the gate. The line can get pretty long with cars around 3 or 4pm while the gate works to get all the day's check-ins organized. We will do our best to get you in as early as possible to get ahead of the line. At the gate, security will require your name, driver's license, and license plate information (number and state). In addition, please note that you will have to drive or bike down to the gate to meet any Uber, Doordash, Instacart, or other types of contracted drivers. We understand the inconvenience, but also appreciate the community's heightened security measures to help ensure you have a safe and comfortable stay. Guests will receive (12) passes to access the pools, lakes, beaches during May to September season. If any passes are missing after the stay, guests will incur a $150 charge for each pass.



Guest Access:

You'll have the entire house to yourself, accessible via a smart lock for easy entry. We'll send you all the details you need before you arrive, ensuring a smooth and stress-free check-in.



The neighborhood HOA requires that each reservation disclose a list of the first and last names of each guest and their vehicles. We will provide the HOA form to fill out at the time of booking. If you are renting a car and do not have vehicle details, please note that in your form. Without this form completed accurately, the HOA will deny access to the neighborhood.

Guests have access to sparkling lakes with sandy beaches, outdoor pools, and plenty of ways to stay active — from tennis and basketball courts to playgrounds and wooded trails perfect for a morning walk or bike ride. Spend sunny afternoons fishing on the water, then gather at the clubhouse or community events for a true resort-style atmosphere. Whether you’re here for adventure, family fun, or just a chance to unwind in a scenic Pocono setting, Penn Estates makes every day feel like vacation.



Getting Around:

Explore the area with ease! We offer complimentary bikes for your enjoyment. For those arriving by car, you'll find free parking right on the premises. Public transportation options are available, though we recommend checking local schedules for the most up-to-date information. This community's security is exceptional, but can make it difficult to access Ubers, so please keep in mind that you will have to meet your Uber at the front gate! We suggest planning your travel accordingly to make the most of your stay. Venture beyond Penn Estates and discover all the nearby attractions!



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the fireplace is currently inoperable. Repair times are longer than normal during this peak season. Guests will receive (12) passes to access the pools, lakes, beaches during May to September season. If any passes are missing after the stay, guests will incur a $150 charge for each pass. Furry friends are welcome for a fee of $100 per pet. Any cancellation refund issued will be less the cost of payment processing fees incurred (these are typically 4%, but vary by booking platform). Because payment processing fees are incurred at the time the reservation is made and are not refunded by the payment processor, we must subtract this amount from any refund that we issue. We require both a waiver and ID upload prior to receiving check-in instructions. You are welcome to view the waiver terms prior to booking!
