COMMUNITY REGISTRATION (Required)
Guests must register with the Penn Estates HOA at least 7 days prior to check-in.

Community registration fee: $50 per stay

Late registration (less than 7 days): $100 fee
Any changes to the guest registration form made within 72 hours of check-in will incur a $75 HOA rush fee.

Guests must check in at the North Gate Welcome Center for access

Only registered guests and vehicles are permitted

Max: 10 guests | 3 cars (no street parking)

HOT TUB
Free to use but not heated continuously. Allow time for the temperature to rise before use. Water changes during deep cleans may take up to 24 hours to reheat. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Two exterior cameras record motion and sound (front door & driveway). These are for safety and do not face any private areas.

STAIRS
There are multiple sets of stairs throughout the home.

No parties, loud music, or large gatherings ($500 minimum fee)

Guests must be 25+ to book (or accompanied by a parent)

Maximum occupancy: 10 guests ($50 per unregistered guest, per night)

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property ($750 fee)

No fireworks ($500 fee)
