IMPORTANT COMMUNITY RULES
- Guests are required to register with Penn Estates HOA at least 7 days before check-in.
- A $40 community registration fee applies per stay.
- A $75 late registration fee will be charged if registration is submitted less than 7 days before arrival.
- Guests must check in at the North Gate Welcome Center before going to the home (GPS may direct you elsewhere, but only the North Gate allows entry).
- Only registered guests and vehicles are permitted.
- Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.
- Parking: 4 cars in the driveway only (no street parking).

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES
- Multiple sets of stairs are inside the home.
- No parties, large gatherings, or loud music. Violation results in immediate removal with no refund and a minimum $500 fee.
- All guests must be 25+ to book unless accompanied by a parent. Minors must be supervised. Violation results in immediate removal with no refund.
- Number of guests may not exceed reservation amount or 10 total. $50 fee per unregistered guest per night.
- No smoking/vaping anywhere on property. Violation results in a $750 fee.
- No fireworks allowed. Violation results in a $500 fee.
- Guests agree to third-party ID verification and background checks prior to check-in.
