Villa with guest house near shawnee

We welcome you to our villa and guest house. T The guest house has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and two queen sleepers in the living room. It has 3 hanging units where you can adjust temperature in just minutes. The bathroom has heated floors and ample space to wash baby kids. The kitchenette is a great place to prep snacks and simple dishes.
The space
The main house(villa) has central air in every bedroom with a backup wall heater and thermostat in every bedroom so I can promise you will never be cold or to hot. 2.5 bathrooms and a washer\dryer in master bath. 1 bath and 1 shower. Dining room sits 12 adults comfortably at the main table. And you can have your morning coffee on the high stools sitting over the island.
Outdoors we have a basketball court and tons of hiking right in the backyard on almost 2 acres. Fire pit, fire stove and 2 BBQs’. Creek out front will also be part of the property as the section closest to the bridge is ours. For sight seers , their is a little tree house where you can watch the deer and birds roam around. The backyard is on a hill and you can walk all the way up till you will see a border line made from rocks between us and the state line where you can freely walk , as it is no one’s property but the states. This is an experience I wouldn’t want to miss:).
Indoor games contain dart board and shuffle board. The fire place with the wood we provide will set a nice tone to the dinner in the dining room and the rest of the night . We hope to have you . Just finished interior!
