“No shampoo or conditioner. Room was dirty. No maid service for visits of less than three days. Smell of pot was pervasive throughout the hotel. Peeling bathtub. Only one chair in room. Very loud all night. No rules enforced. Staff was delightful. ”

“Room was nice. Parking was great. Pets were allowed. Swimming pool and gym were nice also. Staff was exceptional! Emily was wonderful. I did not like the breakfast, the water pressure or the fact that we had a suite and the bathroom had to be accessed through the bedroom and not the sitting room. This was an inconvenience because we were traveling with a teenager. Otherwise, Great!!”

“No air conditioning. rooms were very hot first couple of nights. Window wouldn’t open to outside and no maintenance available to fix the window. They did not clean our room the 3 days we were there even though they seemed to be cleaning rooms around us. Staff were friendly but seemed to be understaffed. Definitely not up to the same standard as other embassy suites ”
