    Quiet neighborhood, nice covered front porch that's perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.
    Sleeping loft is great for the kids and has 3 twin mattresses for summer fun. Short walk to the private lake access, the cabin is NOT directly on the water.

Location was perfect! Within walking distance from the beach and a short drive from downtown. Plenty of space. Beds were comfortable.I would recommend this space to anyone.

Great experience! Property was close to beautiful private beach and boat launch for fishing. Lon answered us right a way and even reached out to install a window air unit when the temps jumped up. Only suggestion would be a few more cooking tools: mixing bowls, tongs, a pitcher and a few more dishes (we are a family of 5 ). Would stay here again!

Excellent location for a weekend getaway

My family and I had a great time at this cabin. It was well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend and the close beach access was amazing. We would definitely stay again!

We had a relaxing night at this cabin. Everything was exactly as advertised. The host was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again in the future

A small, comfortable, basic cabin. It was just what we expected and great proximity to the state park for our bird watching getaway. We would stay again.

Wedding Weekend

Came to East Tawas for a wedding of a friend. This cabin was perfect for our weekend as the service was in East Tawas and the reception in Oscoda. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Great location for peace and quiet and also for scenic runs to the state park and into East Tawas.

Family Christmas

The cottage was perfect for extended family over Christmas. Everyone had room to sleep and was conveniently located. Lon was great and responded quickly with any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Sunny Side U

The property was just a skip and a hop north of E. Tawas in a quiet neighborhood. We even had two young deer bound through!. Some rain and fog wasn't really a detriment--we shopped downtown, had a choice of great places to eat, and enjoyed a drive out to the state park. Our cabin was clean and cozy.! Lovely stay.
