“We liked that it was practical and felt like a home away from home. Some cabins feel like they’re trying to be hotels and that’s fine, but this felt more like a quiet, simplified home. The layout was practical and there were places to hang towels. It made good use of the available space. It’s located away from the busy street and between Tawas and Oscoda, making for a shorter drive to both places. Our only downside was the beds were small (they are listed as double — so I just thought in my head...

“We travel here to this home with a big group every year. We all have a blast. The yard is perfect for sports and for the kids to play, we are right on Lake Huron. The house is great to accommodate our group. The house has everything we need too, down to laundry and blankets. We can’t wait to come back again next year! Thanks for a wonderful stay. ”
