“Súper clean”

“The staff was great, helpful and very friendly. The room was adequate, although there were the bare minimum of towels (2 towels, 2 washcloths, 1 bath mat and 1 hand towel). The parking was convenient and secure. We did end up turning on the AC and it worked great. Our room was missing a tv remote, and when we called down to the front desk they brought us another one and tested it to be sure it worked within minutes. “The staff was very attentive to all our needs. Sometimes hotels dont know if there is an issue if a guest does not report it and then an unfair review is given. We had an issue in the room with the ac unit and they fixed it immediately (it was a matter of replacing the batteries in the thermostat), and a door issue- These things happen! The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable-we had a king size; breakfast was good and the oatmeal toppings bar was a great touch. There...

“We stayed nine nights and it was great. Everything was close as the hotel isn't very big. Breakfast could've had more options, but it had the basic stuff at least. Room was awesome with comfy beds, fridge, micro, sofa, chairs, table, 2 tv's with plenty of channels. The option of washing and drying clothes for a small fee was awesome. Room cleaning was also very good those days we chose to have the cleaned. We didn't use the pool at all, and the gym very little, but nice to have those options...

“Got there to check in and there’s a number on the door to call because the door is locked. Nobody answered the phone called it about 20 times and also called the phone at the desk multiple times there is no answer. We knocked on the door. We drove around the property and ended up having to go check into another hotel nearby now I have to fight to get my money back.”

“The room was considerably dirty upon arriving with a broken tub. The floor was wet in various spots and walls had undeclared stains that resembled vomit. Sheets were not clean. The vending machine ate my money and I was told they don't serve them so can't refund. Terrible experience. ”
