âOn a trip to do family and historical research with my husband. The entire property was quaint, and the interior rooms were spotless. Donna and Rick were wonderful hosts- making delicious breakfasts each morning. Also wonderful to end the day of hiking in the wet conditions in front of a roaring fire in the firepit, ducks in the pond, and crickets and treefrogs singing.â

This hotel is very clean with friendly staff. Great value for the money, restaurant/bar right beside it.

âBeautiful location with the pond! We enjoyed the walking trails and also walking over to Mountain Market Meats for snacks and for delicious breakfast biscuits. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and we loved the terrace, especially in the evening watching the clouds and stars and listening to the frogs. â

âNice and peaceful! You will definitely get a good night's rest. Lots of land where you can get in a nice walk on the property. The breakfast is delicious! Everyone was really friendly. The wine was delicious of courseâ
âThe room was spacious. AC was perfect and effective. The pool was a hit with kids. There were cookies, chocolate milk and coffee available 24x7 near the front desk. Our TV didnt work well, but got addressed after I called the front desk. â
