“We stayed at this hotel for a wedding (wedding was incredible) and this hotel left us disappointed. It’s by far the worst Hyatt I’ve stayed at. First room smelt heavily of smoke so we were promptly switched to a new room but that bathroom was covered in hair. We mentioned this at the front desk and were met with attitude. Wasn’t appreciated. On our third day we needed more towels and after requesting at the front desk, we finally got new towels more than 2 hours later. The rooms are outdated...

“Everything was TOTALLY GREAT! There's a pond out back with a walkway... Great place to stroll about. WARNING! Even though the website says there's a 'hot tub' there isn't one... that was the only 'boo hoo' I had. ”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Close to BOK. Shuttle service was a plus. Room and hotel was clean and well stocked. One improvement would be an upgrade in the bed sheets. They felt like sand paper. ”

“I didn’t like that only the coffee shop was open before 4p. People are traveling for all reasons at all times, at least having one bar, whether the rooftop or lobby, open before 4p would be great. Otherwise, very nice and zero other complaints. ”
