“Best resort I have stayed in , in a very long time , the only improvement is that they need to have reserved messages for the ones staying at the resort, I tried to reserve a spot a week in advance but there was no openings.”

Our room did not contain any information about the area, the in-house restaurant, or instructions for calling the desk—maybe that’s not a holiday inn thing. The bed and pillows were decent. One thing we did notice was that the shower pan gets quite slick when wet — noticeably more so than most places we’ve been. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay at a decent rate.”

“Hotel was fine, but the elevator broke down while I was in it with my kids. When we finally was able to get out, my son went down to tell the staff and the lady was really rude and blamed it breaking down on us, saying we were pressing to many buttons which absolutely didn't happen. The lady was extremely rude to me and my children about the situation. Also the room smelt a little mildewy the ac stunk.”

“Lodge not quite what we were hoping for based on previous great reviews. The lodge itself is very charming. It was clean and decorated nicely. We knew how far away it was from Yellowstone, but the drive between was not ideal. The roads into the community where the lodge is located are extremely bumpy, gravel/dirt roads. “I had stayed at The Preserve several years ago and loved it. I'm not sure what has changed since I last stayed there but it has gone downhill. The room had a funky odor and needed a good deep cleaning and a new shower curtain without mold on the bottom. Multiple light bulbs were burned out. The smoke/carbon monoxide detector had been REMOVED which is not a comforting feeling and I'm pretty sure illegal.”

“This is a really, really nice place - great rooms with nice decor, a great shower, nice beds and functioning Internet. The icing on the cake was the breakfast. Penned as "continental" on the web site (which in the US usually means some sweet stuff - we northern Europeans do NOT like sweet stuff for breakfast) consisted of healthy protein bars, trail mix and loads of fresh fruit - absolutely wonderful!
