“The exterior of the property was well maintained and beautiful. The interior of the hotel was disgusting! Clearly they are in the middle of renovating. The floors were filthy. The rooms were partially renovated with new tile on the bathroom floors but holes in walls, beds were falling apart. In fact my daughter caught her foot on the frame of the bed sticking out and cut her foot. An incident report was filed. The hotel comp'd 1/2 half of a night, which was ok but there was no real concern about...
“The shower in my room did not work, when I notified staff they were rude and asked if I knew how to use a shower and did not offer any assistance, room change or even an apology.I will not stay at this property again.”
“LOVED OUR STAY
We stayed in the Alaska room. Absolutely wonderful. Magnificent bed with a large jetted bath in the room. Very close to some lovely bars and restaurants and also the waterfalls. We would def recommend the Destination Inn and Idaho Falls.”
“What a wonderful stay. Bed was comfortable with Crisp, fresh sheets. We received a lovely welcome of fresh eggs. I loved the rural setting and only 10 minutes from Rexburg. I highly recommend this “Tiny Home”!”
“Room was clean. Didn’t care for the small pedestal sink situated in small cubby hole in a rather large bathroom. Gravel access via small carts for carrying luggage to the cabin not particularly useful for senior and or physically impaired. Attractive appearance in log and wood inside and out. Ice machine broken and had to purchase from store.”
