“I like the place but the pets are just a lot a dog wet the elevator floor and poop on the pavement in the front of the hotel. But the overall experience was ok and it was my second time I stay.”

“Check in was good, however we request room closer to the ocean view away from the street. When we arrived, we were giving a room closer to the street and elevator. We went back and requested another room in the area we asked for and they only could give us a room four doors down. Disappointed because we have stayed at this hotel several times and request the same and only to receive the same closer to the street. Our sliding door didn't lock and the front door hard to open. “It was a nice place to stay, rather for family or couple it was a nice place. The rooms werr nice, surroundings and ammenities were good. The restaurants, game rooms, ice skating rink and the area in general inside and out was nice. Its a good recommendation ”

“Staff was quite accommodating. Check in was easy and quick. Check out was even faster. The availability of a rolling cart for luggage was appreciated. Just one hiccup on last day was that both of our key cards were suddenly de-activated after 11AM. Claimed it was because they got too close to credit card or phone, but that was not the case. ”
