“It was very clean and the room had what we needed. My main criticism is that they state breakfast included and it meets that at only the bare minimum. There were heating pots and other items that hinted to a better breakfast at other times in the season, which is disappointing.”
“The staff were very pleasant and quick to get us checked in. In the morning the breakfast was very good and was replenished as soon as items got low. Loved the hotel! Will definitely stay again.”
“A great hotel for our family stay. We really enjoyed the pool. The only down side was that the breakfast only had a few choices, but everyone in the family at least found one thing they liked. We could stay here again.
The downsides with the hotel was that the room lacked shampo and shower gel, we had to ask in the reception for that. And that the breakfast was served on plastic one time use things, it’s not sustainable to keep doing that for a big chain like Hilton. ”
“The lobby was clean. The staff was nice... however unfortunately, our stay at the South Branch Inn was extremely disappointing.
The most troubling issue was that our room smelled like urine, which is simply unacceptable for any hotel room. The shower curtain was also noticeably unclean, leaving us questioning the overall attention being given to housekeeping.
