“They did not have the room we booked available and refused to upgrade us so we had to move the next day. Front desk manager would not help not even try to find an appropriate solution. He refused to pick up the phone when Expedia called. Said he could not return email. We had a king suite and we could not even see the tv from the bed. Stains on bottom of mattress and stains on the top of the sheets. Not a good experience. ”

“This place was yucky in all the ways you hope a hotel won’t be yucky. I got hit on by a creepy guy in the lobby, I found two cockroaches in my room, my coffee machine was filled with mold, the refrigerator smelled like spoiled milk, the Wi-Fi connection was crap, and starting at four in the morning - right outside my door - there was a man yelling at his wife while he tried to fix his broken truck. The stuff of nightmares. Stay away.”
