“I hate to leave a review like this, so let me start by mentioning the exceptional staff. The front desk was amazingly friendly and our check-in and check-out was easy and wonderful. The property was quiet, felt safe, and we had nice neighbors. That said, the room we got was rough. Our room was not clean. There was heavy dust on furniture, a few small bugs inside, and walls showing their wear. The AC was old, and we were advised not to set it below 68. There was mold in the bathroom, and standing...
