“Les bains mériteraient d’être nettoyés et les espaces de détentes son un peu défraîchis. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. Nous avions une suite 1 lit + 1 divan lit face montagne. Le divan lit n’est pas confortable par contre pour dormir. Le lit était confortable. La salle de bain propre. Déjeuner intéressant et personnel très sympathique et courtois.”

“Absolutely love this hotel. We always get the same room/suite so spacious with the balcony and rain shower and therapeutic bath. Great value for the price. Room was very clean. A lot of black debri came out of the hot tub when it self-cleaned after my bath which was a bit weird and gross but i suppose it can happen. Parking is spacious and esy access to hotel. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Super close to restaurants and stores and the zoo! Will go back! Annie”

The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh, and the entire property was well-maintained and organized. We loved the peaceful nature setting by the lake, as well as the spa amenities, sauna, hammam, gym, outdoor pool, and complimentary breakfast. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay.
