“Booked here on the way from the US to Montreal. Nice, large and clean room. However, the bathroom is not in a separate room - there is only a curtain separating the sink from the rest of the room. Not a very good solution (gets a bit noisy for no good reason). There are only sliding doors to the shower and toilet, not proper doors. Also not a great design (doesn't close very tightly). “The house is a beautiful Victorian mansion, well preserved and full of charming details. There are many steps to the upper floors and no elevator. Our room was comfortable and clean and the heat-A/C worked well. Breakfast is delicious and reasonably priced. We walked 10 minutes into town for shopping and other meals. I would happily stay here again.”
