“To call the rooms "suites" is a stretch. Yes - the rooms are quite big - but they look like a small basketball court with all of the furniture jammed against the side wall. “Ordered balcony room, got first floor with no separation from the outside pool area walkway. Plus found clothes on the floor in the room from previous guest. Didn’t ask to switch rooms because was told the night I checked in the hotel was full. The phone also didn't work. ”

Although they say the hotel was built on only 2025, you could hear the people in the room next to you as if they were inside your room causing ruckus all night. Even cars outside sound like they’re directly in your room. Then when the people in the room next to me finally did go to sleep not only could tou hear him snoring as if you’re in bed with this person, you could actually feel the vibration of the snoring. The room was clean, but old and the shower / bathtub drained so slowly that the water backed up while showering. I found that frustrating for the price I paid for the room. The evening staff were really nice and helpful. “Room was clean, had to leave a day early because my son is US Air Force and was getting deployed. I told the front desk yet they offered nothing. Not even half off the day since I left a day early. Wouldn’t recommend ”
