Second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as I remembered. The location can't be beat - we spend a lot of time lounging on the deck watching the birds and listening to the ocean, and of course taking many walks on the beach.The living room could use a good reading light near the couch or chairs (the lamp next to the couch is quite dim), but otherwise everything is great!

April getaway

This property was quaint with an amazing view and a lot of amenities. It was great to be able to watch the tides come in and out, and even though the weather wasn’t perfect, it didn’t matter because the view always was. Me and my two adult daughters had a wonderful time in your home Playing games doing puzzles, walking on the beach and enjoying a slower season at the cape.

Amazing View

What a wonderful little cottage with amazing views. The inside was adorable and very clean. However, we arrived after dark and it was extremely difficult to see and locate the lockbox to get the key. We would like to note that the front steps were without a hand rail and somewhat difficult to access without assistance for someone who needs it. We did try to locate the stairs to the beach but unfortunately was under construction and not accessible. Aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Many thanks!

Amazing cottage

We loved staying at Mazi's cottage! The home is adorable and was clean and comfortable. The view is incredible! We enjoyed sunsets every day from the sunroom. We would highly recommend this cottage!

Beautiful view

Nice little spot overlooking the bay. Vacasa was responsive about a very minor repair issue. Tiny kitchen but adequate if you don’t plan on doing much cooking. Really appreciated all the relevant reference material about the area/ history/birding/etc. Bed was comfortable, shower was good.

Beautiful Beach House

We loved this house! It was small but accommodated the four of us easily. Beautiful back deck with gorgeous bay views. Really lovely, very accessible private beach. And convenient to town, rail trail and ocean. Parking was a little tight -- when they say you can only park two cars, they mean it.

Weekend Birthday Getaway

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was even more beautiful than my wife and I imagined. We really enjoyed being able to walk hundreds of feet out into the ocean during low tide and the short trip up to Provincetown. The local food in Eastham was also amazing. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Everything I wanted

I was amazed by the cleanliness of the cottage. It was so perfect....just enough for a couple and one other adult. View was awesome, especially sunsets. Very easy to acccess restaurants, bike trail. Walked on the beach, swam at a lovely local pond beach. Lots of stairs down to the beach but there are hand rails on both sides. I'd definitely recommend this cottage.

A Hidden Gem!

We literally had a sea gull's eye view of the sunsets from the deck atop the dunes. As two senior women this little cottage was perfect for enjoying God's creation, savoring a glass of wine and reading a good book....oh yes, and swimming and enjoying all the usual Cape "stuff". The cottage itself was clean and well stocked. Wish the newer deck lounges were not so low to the ground and had cushions (were very uncomfortable)...not a big deal, but we were on the deck day and night!

Great vacation spot!

Nice little cottage and the view can’t be beat! Windows from the bedroom and dining area look out at the ocean, and there’s a great little patio on the back too. We filled up the bird feeder at the beginning of the week so we enjoyed the bird visitors as well as the ocean view. It was unseasonably cold the first couple of nights and there weren’t any extra blankets, just one thin blanket on each bed - we just grabbed one from a bed we weren’t using. I’d suggest having some extras there. The property is managed by Vacasa and they were not very responsive and didn’t seem to understand my messages. For instance, I sent them an FYI that the recycling wasn’t picked up that week and they responded by telling me the trash pickup schedule. When I messaged them at the beginning of the week because we couldn’t figure out how to turn the heat on, they didn’t respond for 3 days (we had figured it out in the meantime.) But the house itself is nice and the kitchen is pretty well stocked with cookware; in addition to the typical pots and pans there was a salad spinner and even an immersion blender. There were also a ton of books and games on hand. And again, the view and proximity to the beach was just perfect. I would stay there again.

Fabulous view

Just as others have said you can’t beat this location! Absolutely beautiful view and right on the beach. We were there in September and it was so peaceful and quiet. The stairs next to the cottage go right down to the sand and it’s a lovely beach for walking. The kitchen is very small but was still functional for us. The property isn’t fancy and could use a bit of updating but it’s easy to overlook because of the great view. It was nicely located in terms of going to Provincetown and Nantucket for day trips as well.
