3-bedroom house with Hot Tub and Game Room in Eastpoint, 10 minute drive to SGI

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This 3 bedroom 2 full bath home, situated in a quiet neighborhood in Eastpoint, sleeps 9 when utilizing the futon in the living room. We have loaded this home with amenities you are sure to enjoy. From books and board games to a brand new hot tub and full game room with A/C in the garage, plenty to occupy the whole family when you’re not at the beach.

This home has a queen master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2nd bedroom is also queen size, 3rd bedroom with full over full bunk beds. 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a bathroom located across the hall. Living room also has a futon that can be used as a bed if needed. All mattresses and futon are brand new and have never been slept on. Travel crib also located in the master closet for use if needed as well as luggage racks in each closet.

Living room is spacious and seats 6-7 comfortably. Featuring a recliner and an electric lift recliner, futon and love seat. Also has a 50” Roku TV with plenty of apps installed for you to log in to whichever ones you have service. There is also a family game night station located in the living room with everything from books for kids and adults to puzzles to board games. Sure to keep the whole family entertained on a non beach day.

The dining room table has seating for 6 with additional seating for 2 at the counter. Also located in the dining room is the coffee bar that I won’t say much about. I’d rather this be a surprise as it’s our favorite part of the house. Lots of surprises there for you.

Inside the fully stocked kitchen you will find the cutest dishes you’ve ever seen with place settings for 8 total. There is a toaster on the counter and crock pot under the cabinet for use if you need. Also a surprise in the kitchen for renters that will be sure to put a smile on your face, but we won’t spoil that either 😉.

The game room in the garage is impressive, we have stocked it with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball, basketball game, darts, axe throwing, ring toss game, wall mounted tic tac toe and chess, and wall mounted connect 4, as well as a poker table with poker set. On outside of garage is an exterior security camera facing the driveway of the home, may include the screen door but no other structures or amenities visible in camera field of view.

The driveway is paved and has room for no more than 3 vehicles total at a time or 2 vehicles with a boat at a time, this will be strictly enforced. Please do not exceed this number of vehicles, NO PARKING on the grass, across the street or in/on the road (no exceptions). Must let us know prior to booking if there will be more than allowed amount of vehicles during stay.
