Wake up to breathtaking lake views from the expansive deck, and spend your days splashing in the water from the private, deep-water dock. The home includes complimentary paddleboards for guest use. From lakeside fun to cozy fireside chats, this is the perfect setting to make unforgettable memories.

This exquisite two-story home is designed for both relaxation and fun. The main floor features a master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom, a living room, and a dining area. Two additional queen bedrooms and another full bath are also located on this level. Downstairs, the entertaining continues with a second living room, a fourth bedroom, and a full bathroom. A special kids' suite provides a fun, private retreat for children and teens, featuring a Smart TV, gaming system, and three beds. There is also an additional table area to challenge each other in a game of cards or board games.

Your private dock awaits just steps from your back door, providing an ideal spot for swimming, fishing, and lounging. With 8-10 feet of water depth and tie-off cleats, it's perfect for boats and jet skis. Guests are allowed to use the jet ski docks, but a boat lift is not available to guests. There is a neighborhood boat ramp minutes away from the property. We will provide this information prior to checking in.

The outdoor living space is completed by a propane grill and smoker, offering the perfect spot for a lakeside barbecue. There is also an extra fridge for guests to use. Enjoy the provided outdoor toys, including two blow-up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, & cornhole boards. There is also a firepit perfect for roasting smores!

Serenity Outlook is a short 15-minute drive to Kroger or Publix in Milledgeville. GCSU & GMC is 20 minutes from the property. Milledgeville offers a bowling alley and Eatonton has a movie theater for entertainment. You will also find many dining options to choose from. Lake Oconee Bistro and Taylor's Cove are some of our local's favorites!
