Look No further! This home boasts a spectacular view and resort style accommodations.

Each detail of this Lake Front home has been curated with you in mind. Enjoy a relaxing stay at this newly renovated home. From the moment you walk in, you will be greeted with lakefront views of Lake Sinclair. The outdoors is truly a paradise. Property sits on 1.25 acres and sports a gorgeous lake front with a private dock for your fishing or bird watching enjoyment. A small private beach on the property provides easy access to the water for you to launch the kayaks that are available for your enjoyment. Large yard in which to enjoy family games, activities and the great outdoors. Sinclair Marina is closely located for all of your boating rental needs.
The living area offers high ceilings and a comfortable open concept space perfect for gathering with family and friends while enjoying the lake views. Direct access to the lake front deck from the living area and master bedroom. 
Each evening you will be greeted with a lakefront sunset view from the master bedroom, loft and living area. Our two story open floor plan comfortably sleeps 9 in very comfortable beds and provides 3 bedrooms and 3 full spacious bathrooms. Enjoy unlimited air hockey in the open loft or sit back and enjoy streaming your favorites on three generously sized TV's. Wi-Fi is available to provide for a connected getaway if you desire or if you need to work remotely.
Meals won't feel like a chore in this kitchen which provides you with an uninhibited lake view. Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, in fridge ice maker. Enjoy your sharing meals in the dining room that seats 8 comfortable and 3 additional seats are available at the kitchen island.

Full size washer and dryer are available for your convenience.


We follow updated COVID cleaning procedures.
We have wonderful neighbors and we try to be respectful neighbors.  This is not a party house but we love to host families and friends who want to spend time together. This is a PET FREE and SMOKE FREE home.

This is an old fireplace about three miles into the trail. The original house dated back to the early to mid eighteen hundreds. Originally this was a one room house where the only source of heat is the only part still standing.

Nice weekend getaway

Wonderful weekend getaway

House was as pictured. Comfortable beds, nice lake view. Teens enjoyed the kayaks, and hanging out around the firepit. The neighbors have roosters that woke some of us up pretty early, but they it wasnt that big of a deal.

We had a father daughter vacation and enjoyed a week at this perfect home on the water! Our host was amazing and always quick to respond to any questions I had. The house is more than comfortable and accommodating. There are kayaks, a dock to fish from, outdoor grill and patio, well equipped kitchen and everything you would need. It's quiet and peaceful with beautiful sunsets, just what we needed!

Adorable Lake house!

Cute lakehouse

We enjoyed our time at this cute lakehouse. The property was so peaceful and there was plenty of room for our group to spread out. The neighbors were super helpful when our boat was stuck due to low water levels. We had a wonderful time!
