Inside the Home
The vaulted great room welcomes you with its beamed ceiling, antler chandelier, and stunning lake views. Sink into dual recliner sofas with power footrests and enjoy a movie night on the flatscreen TV, or step outside onto the wraparound deck for sunset conversations. The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, and a unique hammered metal ceiling. A Keurig coffee bar ensures your morning starts right.

On the main level, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another perfect for kids, featuring a twin-over-full bunk with a trundle. A full bath with a step-in shower completes this floor.

The upstairs master suite offers a queen bed, loft seating with a twin daybed and trundle, and a private bath with a walk-in shower—your personal retreat with a bird's-eye view of the great room.

Downstairs is a fun-filled entertainment space, featuring a foosball table, sectional sofa, flatscreen TV, electric fireplace, coffee bar, and even a popcorn machine! Two more bedrooms (one queen, one with double twin bunks) and a full-size washer and dryer are also on this level. Step outside to the covered patio and relax in the private hot tub.

Georgia Power has announced that Lake Sinclair water levels will be temporarily lowered during October through December 2025 for scheduled maintenance.
During this time, water access from our property may be limited, and activities such as boating, fishing, or swimming could be impacted. Guests are encouraged to check current lake conditions before arrival.
Our property and amenities remain fully available for your stay, but please plan accordingly if lake activities are a priority for your visit.
