- This 30m² studio apartment is located in a residence with an elevator, right in the heart of the resort, with direct access to the slopes and shops.
It comprises:
- an entrance with a sleeping area containing two 80cm bunk beds (sleeps 4).
- a bathroom with shower and sink.
- a kitchenette equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, all necessary cooking utensils, and a dishwasher!
- a living area with a 140cm sofa bed, a television, and a dining area.
A small terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy the surroundings!
Pets are not allowed.
The Coccinelle mini-market is located at the foot of the building.
Access to the central terrace of the Esplanade du Valentin will be prohibited (due to construction work on the covered parking). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible via a designated access road. Paloumère Residence outside the Valentin esplanade*
Tourist tax: current rate/night/person aged 18 and over.
