“The rooms are not as shown in the images. The cottages were very dingy and visibly worn out and unkept. Common areas seem to no be getting any attention. They have an on-site restaurant that does not have any functioning staff or even a full menu. Table tennis table was broken and there were hardly any other amenities.”

“This is a very nice and affordable hotel designed in traditional Kerala architecture. It features a central courtyard with colourful tiles, is surrounded by jungle, and is located near the town.”

“Amazing staff and manager. Property is at perfect location for sunset. Food was good too.”

“We stayed two nights in this really beautiful place, embedded in lush surrounding. It was so peaceful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went with on a morning walk in the surrounding forest, guided by a very talented member of the staff who could show us lots of things! There was also good spa and a restaurant which served all kind of food. The pool was also nice. The place is fantastic, we really recommend a visit there!”

“Overall the property was good and excellent 👍”

“Such a great experience. Wonderful property. Great staff. Great ambiance. Super choice for a family outing. Had spent Christmas vacation here and it was a great experience ”

“It was an amazing experience staying at the Vistara property. The staff was cordial and we were well attended to. The property was well maintained and the view from the resort is breathtaking! ”
