This 75-square-meter, lovingly furnished vacation apartment is located in the Edertal region—in the village of Affoldern—5 km from Lake Eder.


The non-smoking vacation apartment, situated on the outskirts of town, is equipped to accommodate up to 5 people and a baby or toddler. 


The apartment consists of a living room with a dining area and a sleeper sofa, 2 bedrooms each with two beds (a travel crib for babies available upon request), a kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom with a shower. All rooms are fully furnished. A 9-square-meter balcony invites you to relax and unwind.
The kitchen includes all necessary appliances—including a microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers, and a pod coffee machine, etc.


Bed linens, towels, and dish towels are included in the price.


Pets are not allowed.


Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment—but is allowed at any time on the balcony or in the outdoor area.

Parking for your car is available.


The beautiful, child-friendly town of Affoldern offers two great playgrounds, bike and canoe rentals, a pizzeria, a gas station that sells fresh bread rolls, an ice cream shop, and the “leaning house.”


From Affoldern, you have direct access to the Kellerwald Edersee, which offers beautiful hiking trails, or direct access to various bike paths.
The Affoldernersee is located in the immediate vicinity.
The Eder River is a 5-minute walk away and offers not only a beautiful view and opportunities to relax but also the chance to go canoeing. 


The nearby Edersee (approx. 5 km) offers many opportunities for all kinds of activities by, in, and on the water.

A cozy, 75-square-meter vacation apartment awaits you, featuring a spacious balcony accessible from two rooms

—the kitchen and one bedroom.

One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 m) and a large closet. Bedroom two has

two single beds (90 x 200 m), a closet, and a desk with a chair. Upon request, a travel crib can be provided for

babies.

The large living room features a corner sofa bed that can accommodate a fifth guest if needed. On the couch

, you can relax and unwind while watching TV, listening to the radio, or playing a CD. The spacious dining table is a cozy spot to gather

for meals or games (classic board games, UNO, Phase 10, Yahtzee, and Skat cards are available).

The kitchen is separate and features a dining area. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances: microwave,

oven with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, 

a Senseo coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and egg cooker.

The bathroom features a shower/toilet and a hair dryer.

Bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, and dish towels are provided free of charge.

The garden has a seating area with a space for barbecuing (a grill is provided).





Check-in is from 2:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
