Excellent
Communication was great with the owners. Amenities were plentiful, kitchen was very well stocked. Beds and bedding were exceptional. It was very clean and had all the supplies to keep it tidy if desired. Beautiful view of the lake.

Awesome property!
The property was better than the pictures! Big rooms, amazing view and one of the best-stocked kitchens we’ve stayed in. We were hosting family for the Wisconsin-Iowa game and we were a perfect distance from Camp Randall. We would definitely stay here again!!

Pretty place with great views and amenities
We really enjoyed this property. All beds are comfortable, fast internet access, forepit area very enjoyable. We took advantage of tge dock to store the boat and ho fishing. The garage has 230V for EV charging. Thank you to owners for making everything comfortable and convenient

A fun weekend!
Overall a satisfactory stay. The house was very clean, well laid out & had everything we needed. The only feedback I would share is related to the outside. The beach could be better maintained, it was rather mucky & weedy, making it less than ideal for children to play. The other thing was the lack of steps or ladder from the dock which was a few feet off the ground, tricky for children & older adults to maneuver. These upgrades would make this property 5/5!

Perfect for Family Christmas
This home was absolutely perfect for our extended family to all meet up to celebrate an early Christmas. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The view of the lake was incredible, and Todd & Elaine were very communicative and gave great recommendations for everything. We would definitely love to stay here again. They were very accommodating when we wanted to stay an extra hour to watch the end of the World Cup match. Thanks for everything!

Perfect Fall Weekend
Comfort and fun--beautiful inside and out. We loved staying here for the weekend! The kitchen and whole home were better equipped than most VRBOs. The owners made sure we had all we needed. I highly recommend this place--we want to return yearly!

Fun House on Lake
The house was perfect. It’s 3 bedrooms but has a lot of extra room for people to stay comfortably. The owner’s Todd and Elaine were extremely responsive. The house was very clean as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Annual Girls Weekend
We had a great weekend in this beautiful home! This home was beautiful and had enough beds and bathrooms for 5 of us girls to feel right at home. The kitchen was equipped with anything you would need to cook and bake. The fireplace gave a very cozy and warm feel while relaxing. The communication with the owners was very quick if we had any questions or needed anything. We will definitely be booking this home again for our next winter girls weekend!

Great Girls Weekend Getaway
We stayed at this property for a weekend girls getaway. It was perfect for my sisters, mom and I. The check-in process was easy and the house was very clean. It is a beautiful property and the view of the lake from the living room is gorgeous! Very relaxing! Fireplace came in handy as it was a chilly weekend. The property was easy to find and was close enough to a variety of activities but still felt like we were getting "away". Would highly recommend this property!

We used this house for a girls weekend and absolutely loved it! The kitchen was well stocked, the view was beautiful, and everything was clean. They even allowed us to stay for a couple of extra hours when we asked.

My 6 friends and I were really comfortable here! The host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and the place was totally as described. It was harder (and more expensive) than anticipated to get taxi service to and from Madison.

We used the home for Sisters weekend and had a great time. Location is convenient for grocer, restaurants and attractions (Fireside). We easily found StJosephs for Sunday mass.

Beautiful Home
We stayed in this home on September 5-9 for the weekend of our daughter's wedding. She was married at Over the Vines, which was very convenient being only a 5 minute drive away. The house is beautiful, as is the view of the lake. We did not have an opportunity to take advantage of the lake, but it was wonderful waking up each morning to the view. The house is very clean and well maintained, and was stocked with everything that we needed for the long weekend. We will definitely plan to return sometime in the future for a fun stay on the lake!

Friends weekend.
Booked this home for an annual lakehouse getaway with friends. Had a great time! A few pros and cons below. Pros: -Very clean, nicely decorated home, very well stocked with whatever you could possibly need, especially in the kitchen. -Easy check in. The owners were going to be out of the country during our stay and gave us a secondary contact. Upon arrival we had some questions and they were very friendly and helpful! Cons: -no yard between house and lake so if you want to sit out and play bags, set up volleyball or anything, there is no chance. There is a small strip of grass for some chairs and a small deck off the main floor. -lake had severe algae bloom (according to the neighbors) so we couldn't swim by the house. However if you are going to rent a boat there is a spot on the other side that was much cleaner. We rented from Floating Toy Boat rental which was awesome. Also a very fun bar where you pick up the boat called Anchor that had live music. All in all a great time was had by all! We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable in this home.

The house and amenities were 5 stars. Adding a toaster oven to the kitchen could be a nice way to cook or keep food warm for large groups. The house was very clean. The cleaning crew gets 5 stars. The rocky beach and the small sitting area on the end of the dock were the reasons the house did not get an overall 5 star rating. The beach was very difficult to walk/sit on so we all tried to sit on the dock. With 11 people, that was hard. If the end of the dock was larger, you wouldn’t have to try to make the beach less rocky. Overall, we had a very nice time!!

Perfect Relaxing family Time!
This was a great place for a family get together. The view was awesome. It was very clean and there was enough room to be together or to find a quiet place to read. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill right off the kitchen was convenient. It was nice to have three full baths and the master bedroom was so spacious. The owners responded quickly.

Great getaway
This is a great property! It is as nice in real life as it looks in the pictures. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and full size laundry upstairs. The main floor is very nice, very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you will need. The lower level opens to the lake and has another family room. The nights here are very quite. I slept like a rock!

Amazing house! Great place to get away and relax
I can't say enough about the house. The space, the decor all the appointments where well done. Let's face it, if you're looking to rent a lake house, it is because it's on a lake, right? Well these floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room give you maximum view of the lake (and that's what you're looking for). Perhaps 2 things to be aware of, neither of which change my 5-star review. First, all the bed rooms are upstairs. My dad has limited mobility (bad back), so while the step-in shower was great, navigating the stairs was difficult. If stairs aren't a problem for you, you'll be fine. Second, when we visited Wisconsin was going through a really rainy season. The lake level was so high that you could not even see the dock. No big deal for us, as we didn't plan on boating or whatever. However, if I had booked this house for the purpose of water activities (boating/fishing/etc), I might have been disappointed. Compare photo 1/24 to 3/24 on the VRBO listing and you'll see both pictures are of the lake. Photo #1, you can see the dock but #3 seems to show the dock as missing (underwater). This might be a seasonal thing? Again, water activities were not part of our plan so I can't take a star away... Great house. We were completely satisfied and enjoyed it very much.

Family Vacation!!
Even though the beach was flooded and it rained the majority of the time we had plenty of room to do our own thing or be together!!! We chose to be together in the living room enjoying the view of the lake through the huge windows! The large windows was such a great choice when the owners built this home. The kitchen had ample supplies and everything you need to cook!!!! We would definitely come again!!! Thank you for allowing us to use your home for our family vacation!!

Great house close to the city
We just returned from 6 nights at this house. The house and area surrounding it are beautiful. Home is very roomy and stocked to the hilt with just about everything you’ll need to make your stay great. We had 10 people staying at one time, and had plenty of room to sleep and hang out. The views from the front room are fantastic! The only negative of our vacation was the lake. Although massive in size (10,000 acres), we unfortunately were here when there was a horrible algae bloom resulting in thick, green algae on the lake (especially the side this home is located on). It made swimming off the pier with pier with our family totally not doable for our whole stay. Luckily, we were able to rent a pontoon for a day and go to the other side of the lake where the algae wasn’t nearly as bad. I also brought a jet ski, which we were able to use on the lake. It was nice to go fast for miles on the big lake. But unfortunately, not nice to spend over an hour cleaning the algae off of it. It was super disappointing to have to deal with this, but nature does what it wants. The owner Todd, who I actually didn’t meet in person, was very responsive and helpful. He answered questions promptly all along the way. In summary, the lake let us down but everting else was great! The area around the home is also fun to explore. Lots of cool bars and restaurants in the area; we liked Norm’s and Anchor best. Everyone around is super friendly and you are sure to have a good time!

Well equipped spacious home on a beautiful calm lake.
We were so happy in this beautiful home. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. Stunning view from the living room with comfortable furniture. Bedrooms had very good quality mattresses and bedding. What a marvelous home complete with so many wonderful amenities
Our family vacation was so enjoyable do to the spacious and beautifully decorated Edgerton home. So much to say about this gem. Great working kitchen opens to a large family room that has a million dollar view of Lake Koshkagong. The home was equipped with everything needed there to enjoy a lake vacation. The house was immaculately maintained and oh so clean. Now to the fishing. We have 4 avid fisherman and we were a bit sceptical of the depth of the lake. Not to worry. We caught 10 huge fish and had a delicious fish fry the last night of our trip. The owners were so in touch with there guests they had wonderful directions and everything was labeled for easy understanding of working lights in the home. Just one suggestion having a second fridge would have been helpful to hold beverages. That is truly the only minor improvement. We are definitely planning our next visit. Thanks again Tom and Elaine for the wonderful memories we have made at your lovely lake home.

Great Home!
Beautifully appointed home was plenty of space for 8 women on our annual weekend. We prepared meals, swam in the lake and enjoyed our time together. Owner checked in with us to make sure all was ok (it was). Cleaning people were finishing when we arrived and took us on a tour of the home. All very much appreciated. Easy drive and we had the Tobacco Festival on top of it all. Perfect!

Stunning - never wanted to leave!
This lovely home is perfection. Immaculately clean if you are looking for that. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, more than I could have asked for. The view is breathtaking - especially at night with a full moon. Beds were comfortable and furnishings very welcoming. Love having a garage to park in- can’t say enough. We visited in wintery weather but I imagine summer and warmer weather is divine. Book this home now!

Beautiful home - really dark street
We loved staying in this location. The home was beautiful and right on the water which was idyllic. We did have to get back and forth from downtown at night, and the pitch blackness of the roads with no street lamps was a little scary (though it did make for good star gazing).
