Förtjusande strandstuga med pool Beach community

1920-talets tvåvåningsstuga med flera däck och en privat inground-pool. Detta hem har utsikt över vattnet från alla rum. Stranden är en kort promenad eller cykeltur bort som våra två stora fiskedammar med miles av vandrings- och cykelleder. Stugan kombinerar gammal världs charm som en original spis med vedeldad sten, hjärta tallgolv, målat glas och originalt tinntak med moderna bekvämligheter som centrala a / c, granitbänk, Anderson låga fönster, moderna apparater och bubbelpool.
En gemensam marina ligger precis bakom hemmet har en liten båt lansering så ta med kajaker och kanot.
Med en av de största privata stränderna i Maryland. Samhällsstranden erbjuder panoramautsikt över Chesapeake Bay och ingången till Rhode River. Krabbande bilar kör långsamt med liksom Baltimore kryssningsfartyg som passerar. Den har ett badområde, cykelställ, är hundvänligt och en stor lekplats.
Hemmet har en inground pool, flera nivåer däck och en wrap runt veranda. En underhållare glädjer sig eftersom köket har en stor ö med fönster med utsikt över vattnet. Master sovrum däck med utsikt över vattnet i Cadle creek och poolområdet nedan.

Our family enjoyed staying at Anastasia and Brian's cozy cottage. It was the perfect "home base" for our celebration. Hosts were responsive to any questions / matters. I would recommend this cottage and hope to return again to enjoy all it has to offer.

This is a well maintained 100 year old weekend cottage with an in-ground pool. If you’re expecting a brand new build keep looking. The home is comfortable and is in a very quiet neighborhood with beach access and some wonderful walking trails. It was a great location for us to take day trips to D.C., Annapolis, and Chesapeake Beach. The pool was fantastic but we only used it one day due to the weather being cooler than expected. Brian met us at the house and made sure we knew to contact him with any issues. It was a very laidback vacation with no issues so we never needed to. Thanks Brian

Pool was terrific and the main draw for our elementary aged kids. Home was spacious for our family of 5. As others have mentioned in past reviews, a good deep clean would be greatly appreciative and increase the value of the property. There were plenty of bed linens and towels for our larger family and the washer and dryer were a great addition. The fire pit was a nice and the ac worked well.

We stayed with our two young children, 1 and 4, and the house is great for kids. The first floor is spacious and has plenty of floor space for play. The bedrooms are roomy and we put a pack’n’play in the 2nd bedroom and it never felt cramped moving around. The pool is perfect, we had so much fun in the backyard within minutes of arriving. The neighborhood beach is great for young swimmers and dogs (very shallow) - there is netting around the area by the playground which seems to do well in keeping the jellyfish out and the breezes kept the bugs away. We visited Triton Beach and while in Annapolis, did the Pirate Adventure boat tour - highly recommend if you are visiting with kids. Brian was an excellent host, very responsive, and helped me navigate the area. There are crab traps in the yard and nearby access to crabbing and fishing at the end of the street. The house is comfortable, well-appointed, clean, and offers gorgeous views in the back. We hope to return!

This property was clean, well stocked and in a quiet neighborhood. It was just the relaxing getaway we needed. The photos of the pool area do not do it justice as it appears there have been many improvements since they were taken. The stairs, as mentioned in other reviews, are narrow and steep, but if you don't have a mobility issue it shouldn't be an issue. The fenced back yard was perfect for our dogs to enjoy and the communication from Brian and Anastasia was great. We would love to stay again when the opportunity come up!

We had a great stay in Beverly Beach at the cottage! Brian was very responsive in answering any questions we had and offering suggestions for the area and local fun to have with the family. We stayed for the week with our girls and had plenty of room for game nights and many many hours at the pool, which was beautiful! Would definitely come back again.

Overall we had a great time and the house was clean and lovely. I recommend bringing TP as we ended up running out of the two half rolls that were there we arrived. Other than that, it was a great experience! We made a bonfire in the yard and rode the bikes provided by Brian down to the beach. Yard was fenced in which allowed the dogs to run around without leashes. Perfect way to break up the COVID quarantine.

The property is in a great location with views of a marina and a very nice pool in the back and a state park with a beach and trails only about 5 minutes away. However, we cut our trip short because the property was not thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. There were short dog hairs nearly everywhere (I'm allergic to some breeds) and the tub was filthy with a drain completely clogged up with hair.
