âJust wanted to say yes although it is a Super 8 and they typically arenât the best of places to spend time or stay. The Higginsville location supersedes the stereo type. Cleanliness and friendliness was beyond what I could ask for. Housekeeping showed up on time to a tee every day of my stay. And the location is perfect. Iâll definitely stay at this location on my next trip to the state â
âMy 4yr old daughter ending up forgetting her stuffed animals there and they went above and beyond for us by saving them up and then mailing them back to me. These guys are the best and deserve a raise for the amazing customer service they provide!!!!â
âWhen the ac froze up and I called the desk he said he would be right there. Within 5 minutes his wife and him were right there to look at it. Told me that they would be right back with a replacement. 10 minutes later they had it replaced with a brand new ac unit that worked great. They had great communication with each step in fixing the issue. Very polite.â
