“Apartment was really clean except stove needed a little more love. Bathrooms were very clean, which to me is more important than the stove. Microwave was very clean (which is not always the case when I book apartments or hotel rooms). Apartment is one of four in a building and there's one parking space per apartment which is really nice. We had difficulty opening lock box but host was quick to respond and quick to find a solution for us. Really appreciated the quick responsiveness and trouble...

“How was clean enough, it was a little dusty in a few areas. Kitchen could use a deeper cleaning. Parking was behind the home which is good! AC worked great! Area of location is wonderful lots of restaurants and HEB is across the street. Felt safe at night, it was a gated community.”

“It was a great location for us, (we needed to be near the UTRGV campus), and it was close enough to the highway that we could get anywhere we needed to go.The handy man lives on site, so our problems were dealt with immediately.You do need to know that it is an apartment, and the neighbors' music was pretty loud until midnight, but if you have a loud enough white noise machine, you could potentially block most of it out. The host is incredibly responsive and very friendly.”
