Room 203 and 218 are haunted .... People died in those rooms. I was in 203 and it locked from the inside by itself the office knows and still rents out room. Day one is ok everytime but after that if you stay over they don't clean the room . Over priced room

Room will never lock from inside until customer does it. When customer decline service housekeepers will not ask to clean until next morning.

Overall Opinion
The King bedroom had a funky smell of like an old place. Some places on the room weren't clean at all and other looked like they tried to clean but it wasn't really clean. Bed sheets were clean, but the comforter had cigarette burns. Bathroom shower work ok but the head was full of mineral deposits and was a little rusted. I will only recommend this place if can you book in advance for a heavy discount and if you're in a pinch other than that if you want something better for your buck look somewhere else.

This was the worst experience I have ever encountered with room conditions and costumer service in my life. Staff was knowingly unhelpful, spiteful, and lacked basic understanding for inconveniences the hotel placed on us as guests including hours checking in due to inability to locate reservations, reservation found under completely different name raising concerns with personal and financial information, lack of concern with uncleanliness and unkept condition of the room, and provided ZERO recification for issues experienced.

Please check your Expedia reservation, it will say hotel will collect 4.00 at the time of check-in That 4.00 is a tax collected locally and not by Expedia. Wi-Fi passwords are digitally printed on every Key cards, with which you opened the door lock. Thank you for your review and hope you will gives us an opportunity to serve you in the future.

No lo vale...100% NO RECOMENDABLE
La puerta no tenia la palanca de segur, el baño no jalaba el extractor, no tenian ni secadora ni plancha, la regadera goteaba y el agua pegaba en la llave de la tina y salpicaba para afuera...al llegar no tenian el micro que anunciaban y me lo tuvieron que conseguir...ni siquiera tenian maquina de hielo...el clima al principio no enfriaba bien..ya después jalo pero dejando el cuarto solo como x 3 horas...la tarjeta de acceso al cuarto se desprogramo al dia siguiente
