“While our stay was otherwise pleasant, it ended with a serious security issue that should never happen at any hotel. At approximately 7:30 a.m. on the morning of checkout, a man used a working key card to open our room door, claiming he had previously stayed there and left his shoes behind. “We had a terrible experience. They did not have the room we reserved and said the only room in the hotel that was available had less beds than we needed for our family. Then the room did not have enough pillows for my family and staff said there were no more pillows in the entire hotel. My child had to use a stuffed animal for a pillow. “Definitely does not look as presented on the website. Rooms are very out dated, has a very questionable elevator that does have its permit displayed. Pool and hot tub are out of commission. Hallways are very short, I’m 5’9 and can touch the ceiling with my arms not even halfway raised. Bathroom has a walk in shower that is half glass and half curtain, and the curtain doesn’t go fully to the floor so water splashes out and soaks the floor.”

The young man at the desk made it possible for us to retrieve it and be on our way without spending a lot of time. Everything we needed for breakfast was available with someone there to help if we needed something.It appeared that the interior had recently been refurbished and looked very nice and contemporary.”

“One of our lamps did not work. They said we can see if we can find another one. They never followed through with it. Fridge did not work. There was food left in it and it was dirty. Laundry was broke. There were NO SMOKING signs posted but plenty of smoking going on! It was gross and smelly!!! Staff were not very friendly or helpful”
