Personalen är helt fantastisk! Märks att dom tycker om sitt jobb, väldigt bra service och feelgood känsla. Poolen är helt ok, bra värme i vattnet, rent och snyggt, Rummet var inte prisvärt! Fuktigt, typ rann vatten på insidan av fönstret! Kläderna kändes aldrig riktiigt torra. Och svartmögel på fönsterkarmarna, icke acceptabelt Bra bussförbindelse till city, tjugo minuter men ganska dyr bussbiljett, Men det är ju inte hotellets fel...Vi var där en vecka. Men nej tack nästa gång!

Bra med pool på hotellet och att det var smidigt att både checka in och ut. Smidigt att kunna ta bussen direkt till flygplatsen fast att klockan bara var 04.15.

The property is located at walkable distance from Edinburgh airport, which is really handy. The rooms are clean with very comfortable beds made with lovely clean cotton white sheets. We would like to have had a cup of coffee and a bowl of cereal with some fresh fruits before departing at 5 am but there wasn't any available at this time. Just an apple at the check-out desk which at least helped a bit.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay. Comfortable room and comfortable bed. Staff generally good. Dining facilities generally good. Service good. Nearby facilities enjoyable and convenient. With swimming pool/sauna steam/gyms etc may make a vacation, though with limited stay duration such as mine, this would not be easily achieved on customer end. Countryside nearby wonderful.

It was very close to the airport so it was easy to walk there in the morning. Staff was ok. Had to ask different people about adding on breakfast the day before because responses were mixed and conflicted with signage around the hotel. Would stay again for convenient location, but bar staff and front desk could be better trained.

While I love the proximity to the airport and tram, the sidewalks were absolutely dire and crossing the roundabout to get to the tram was grim. That's not the hotel's responsibility, but it did make navigation on foot with a stroller quite challenging. The room was comfortable and spacious though, the beds were comfortable, and the provided cot was clean and premade for us upon our request.

Great hotel but been overcharged by£135 very easy to resolve but two very frustrating calls with the receptionist sent proof of overcharge and still said NOT asked 8 times to talk to a manager he said no manager so asked to talk to someone else and refused two calls over 1.5 hours still refused saying no one available again again and again absolutely terrible service and charged £405 when Expedia quoted £270

Linens were bloody upon arrival. Kids were yelling up abd down our hall all night. Told front desk was told theyd handle linens. They werent changed. Bed was just made up. Was also told the manager would reach out about thr noise but ive heard nothing. Poor was less than 60 degrees Fahrenheit so way too cold to enjoy. Parking was expensive, breakfast lackluster and dinner slow. Front desk handed us our cookies at check in and said these are the best part of your stay. I giggled thinking surely thats a joke. It wasnt. Enjoy your cabinet warmed cookies. The ride deckines after that.

At check in, tbe cookies were a nice touch but water should be available and expecially it should be provided in the room as mandatory. The toilet was a bit old fashioned as the kids stuggled to flush it. On a whole the rooms and carpets in the hotel should be updated in accordance with the hilton brand. Also at breakfast there are no pork sausages...only vegan ones. Nice sauna and steam room, along with a pool. A bit too chilly for the kids though

Very poor coffee black £4.50 at bar. Parking charge £16 overnight. Not a problem as hotel was cheap but it should have been mentioned on hotel details. 1970s fan heater instead of a/c sounds like a jet engine in middle of night. More serious..deadlock bolt on room door missing screws and didn’t look secure. Overall, a once well known and popular hotel is now a bit depressing.
